general terms and conditions

🔴 terms 🔴
✨ minimum 50% non-refundable DP is needed before i start the project, I'll be sending a draft sketch of your commission
✨ if the initial draft sketch is approved, I'll be sending an invoice for the DP, before i proceed, DP should be paid within 24hrs from the time the DP invoice was sent
✨ i'll only allow up to 2 minor revisions, major change specially on the pose will be rejected
✨ 50% full payment should be paid within 24hrs from the time I emailed the file with watermark and Full payment invoice
✨ strictly not for commercial use
✨ maximum of 2 characters on one illustration and/or icon
✨ additional character (in excess of the above rule) will be an additional 70% of the price of your chosen style
✨ i have the right to refuse a commission that makes me uncomfortable doing it (i can't produce a decent one if i'm not enjoying while doing it)
✨ lead time/processing time: max of 3 weeks (subject to change depending on my rl work sched and some personal stuffs)
✨ all commissioned works will be shared on my socials (with watermark) and with my initials (won't be that noticeable), client may post them on their own socials just give proper credit :)🔴 conditions 🔴
✨Stuffs i can't draw: mecha / furries, animals & non human creatures / NSFW / muscular men / realism, portraits, landscapes / full body illustration / gore / hate art / showing too much skin / too much details on clothes
✨i can make an exception for animal ears (still depends on the request)
✨ my artstyle is more on the cutesy anime style
✨ can do anime/game fanarts (first condition will still apply)
✨ can do a fanart of your OC
✨ can do a fluff BL fanarts, i'll be upfront if the request is too much for me ~(>_<。)＼

commission process

1) kindly place your commission by either messaging me on my socials or on ko-fi. kindly indicate the following:name:

email where the file and invoice will be sent (if payment is via paypal kindly use indicate the email used in your paypal):2) after confirming your request, i'll work on a rough draft of your request for your approval (estimated time is 2-3 days after i have confirmed your request)3) after approval of the draft, i'll be sending an invoice, minimum 50% should be paid before i proceed.4) after payment, estimated time of finishing the commission is 1-3 weeks depending on my irl work schedule 😅 i will be sending updates in between the work in progress (clean sketch and then base color), in case t will take longer than 2 weeks i will keep you posted.5) finished illustration will be sent only after the full payment in case it was not yet paid in full.
